OUR BAND with guest David Amram
Question: What should I do on Labor Day?
Answer: OUR BAND with special guest DAVID AMRAM at Cornelia Street Cafe!
Come down to Greenwich Village and join OUR BAND for a set of wide-ranging Americana duets and brand new songs with guest David Amram. This is the last stop on our summer tour, and we're bringing the program we played in Europe for our State Department tour to the legendary Cornelia Street Cafe on Monday, Sept. 3 at 7pm.
Following our set, Amram will play a set with his band. If you haven't seen David Amram, you're in for a treat. Fluent in various genres and on many different instruments, he has collaborated with Pete Seeger, Charles Mingus, Jack Kerouac, Leonard Bernstein, Arthur Miller, wrote the score to "The Manchurian Candidate" AND married me and Sasha four years ago!

Silver City Bound - with Eddie Barbash
Silver City Bound is "Americana at its best” (Huffington Post). A unique collaboration between guitarist Justin Poindexter and accordionist/keyboardist Sam Reider, Silver City Bound is American roots music in motion. Their electrifying live show takes you on the journey of two exceptional young artists from different backgrounds, together “bound for alt-country glory” (Elmore Magazine): a magnetic southern storyteller, the son of a country singer, from the rolling hills of North Carolina; a San Francisco-raised, young jazz talent who fell in love with bluegrass and is reinventing American folk music on the accordion. With soulful harmonies, dazzling improvisation, and infectious grooves, Silver City Bound is music that moves your body and your soul. This performance will also feature saxophonist Eddie Barbash (Jon Batiste, Late Show with Stephen Colbert) and bassist Pat Lawrence.

JAZZFEAST
In its 26th year, the JazzFeast event is an open air jazz festival that swings with the joy of great music and food! Featuring performances by some of the industry's best jazz musicians and showcasing many of the area's finest restaurants, the one-day festival draws thousands of people to downtown Princeton's Palmer Square. JazzFeast goes on in rain or shine. Admission is FREE.
